Briargate Colorado Springs is a master-planned community located in the northern part of the city. This community is the right choice for a wide range of reasons. The Briargate Neighborhood is often at the top of people’s list when looking for a family community with easy access to the highway, miles of trails, and close proximity to all parts of El Paso County.
